Welcome to my little slice of the internet! Latest news is the birth of my third child, Toby. He was due mid-March but arrived on 21 February, 3 weeks and 3 days early. I've started an ante-natal and post-natal depression support group in my local area called posie (pronounced 'posy' as in a posy of flowers): Perinatal Outreach, Support, Information & Education. Its providing me mental respite from developing symptoms again, although its much hard work. First support group is on 27 July, contact me direct for more details.
